Viy here to give a quick update--I decided to take some time to go back and edit the cover AND fix some stuff in the PDF. The cover bothered me because of Max's skin and the way it looked. With this kind of coloring, I don't tend to color skin, dark or light, but for this one I tried to do so for Max. It ended up looking very off and today, I finally figured out a way to make it look better. I think it looks better now.

In updating the cover within the PDF, however, I realized two things: one, I never ended up providing two versions of the PDF. Spread format, so you can read it like a book, and individual pages, so you can read the pages one by one. 

Two, uh, there were a couple of text issues that should have been fixed. Mainly alignment or extra text that shouldn't have been there. However, I took the opportunity to rearrange some of the images as well--they looked off to me, and now I hope the fixing will make them much more readable (or at the very least, flows better).

(This is why you shouldn't rush PDFs while lacking sleep, kids.)
